Got the buy a gram get a half gram special (which is already a great deal) and they hooked it up with an extra .25 out of the 3 half grams. Always makes me come back if a place will give out some extra.

Got a $45 1/8 Quality of the flower was horrible so dry it crumbled to dust avoid purple glue

This place had too many high quality strains of flower to choose from .. ha , I spent way more than planning, but I'm happy.. I ended up with 1/8 gsc , (50$ each ) chocolate hashberry n a free 1/8 ...100$ .. I'll be back when I'm needing more

this is a really good dispensary as far as deals and customer service goes, the actual flower is the worst quality I've gotten. always dry and never anything spectacular. you get what you pay for I suppose.

Great staff, actually my favorite dispensary except for one huge complaint that won’t apply to everyone. You can NOT see or smell your concentrates and it led to me receiving 3 grams of the wrong product today. Patients need to know what they are buying ESPECIALLY when it comes to concentrates!

Horrible wait and security guy was rude to me.As a person who is in management. my wait was almost a hour. I ordered on lefty and waited in line,and 3 others in line behind weren't first. How dose that work. and with someone with asthma asked to set inside and wa told no,if u leave ur place, you'll lose your spot. I am very disappointed. I don't think I will come back after today.

Zen on Cave Creek does not exist, it is being opened as a new store, and their web site says open, but they were just kidding. MUR down the street is the dispensary till the Zen opens. MUR is the worst operation in the Phoenix industry. Ordered on-line, the online is also covered by the check in resources. Waited 20+ mins, 8 walk ins came, got their orders and left before I even was called. I just found Emerald is also owned by these clowns, time for a new favorite dispensary. Mur could be a more incompetent operation even if they tried. Never again.

I normally love my visit with this place. Not this time. Tyler C. was very rude and unprofessional toward my friend and myself. He first tries to tell me as a medical patient that the reason I am not sleeping is because of the cannabis, his doctor says. My doctor recommended it to me for PTSD nightmares and sleep by the way. I had a pre-order and the areopay did not work even though I had enough to pay for the 27$ and change worth of items. I had 31.50 in that account. You need to have $42.00. I showed Tyler what I had. I went to the ATM, called my friend over so she could transfer money to me real quick so I could use the ATM again because the Areopay was not working. It was my first time using it. I came back to Tyler who now had taken another customer even though he said he would be right there for me, and tells me I can get back in line if I want to. I found out he told my friend prior to me calling her over to the ATM that he needed to get back to work...yes it was busy, with customers....I am one of those customers and the entire transactions would have been short. There was no time for me as the medical patient that I am even though the areopay did not work and I needed to go to the ATM to get the money to pay for my PTSD medicine that does work for me to be able to sleep nightmare free and just sleep in general...I also can't eat well without it. Be carful, as a patient I did not get the quality of care I feel we all should get when picking up our meds at this place of service. Now how should I feel about their new pay system and Tyler. I don't want drama at my store when I go for my med pick up. I hope I don't have to move due to lack of care.

had a deal I placed on Express for carts. I never had carts and they had a promo bogo on carts and a free battery. I place the order a hr before.I arrived and they sold me the carts and I asked where is the battery. they ran out hours ago. now I have no way to smoke the carts and they tried selling me a battery. when I mentioned hey it still on your website misleading. they they shrugs and said would you like a refund.it so simple to no do your customers right. its no convenient to drive to find out they dont account and didn't post wsl

I won’t come back. Three minutes after they open and a 30 minute wait time. Only dispensary I go that literally has a 20+ minute wait time every single time. Was my favorite, I will now never return

This place is great! They do have quality flower. I would like to see more promotions with some of the top shelf strains. Whether that’s 10 or 20% off, just something to motivate me to get my favorites! Their promotions are pretty decent for the most part, the popcorn buds promotions did steer me away until those were over. As far as their flower: Coconut Crunch is some of the most beautiful flower I’ve ever seen! The staff is helpful and friendly, The waiting room can get a little crowded but only at certain times. I just think that means they are successful at what they do! It won’t be long before they will have to expand! (And that’s a good thing!) I am a returning customer, so they will always have my business!

So I came in yesterday for the first time and got 2 gs. It was overall a horrible experience, I didn’t get what I asked for and the flower was horrible!! So first, I was asking the bud tender about some of the flower and in the middle of my question he just walks away to go help greet and help someone that just walked in which I found extremely rude. I understand there was only 2 bud tenders and they have to greet people but at least wait until I’m done talking and asking my question, say excuse me and then go greet the person that just walked in. Then I asked for wedding cake and blue steel, but when I got home I saw that I actually got wedding cake and dio dos which I did NOT want!! It just seemed like the bud tender could careless about me as a customer and was just trying to get me out the door. Then finally the flower was just horrible. The wedding cake looked and smelt good and was Stoney but so dry, then the dio dos was also super dry and it tasted horrible and wasn’t good at all, hence the reason I asked for blue steel. So overall the staff service was horrible, the flower was horrible. I don’t think I’ll be back.
