1. Weight loss - Cabbage juice is low in calories and its fiber content may help promote a feeling of fullness.

4. Rich in nutrients - Cabbage is rich in vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese.
5. Digestive health - Cabbage juice contains dietary fiber and a compound called glutamine, which may help support a healthy digestive system. Glutamine is known to support the lining of the gastrointestinal tract.
6. Detoxification - Cabbage contains sulfur-containing compounds that can aid in the body's detoxification processes.
7. Ulcer healing - Some studies suggest that cabbage juice may have potential benefits for individuals with peptic ulcers, as it may help soothe and protect the stomach lining.

Is it safe to drink raw cabbage juice?

Cabbage is safe to drink raw, fermented, steamed, sauteed, and even roasted. Just make sure to rinse it well first and soak the cabbage in water to remove any bugs and debris. It is also best to use organic cabbage to avoid pesticides and chemicals.

Does drinking cabbage juice have side effects?

Some of the compounds in cabbage made cause gas and bloating to the stomach as it interacts with gut bacteria. It always best to drink plenty of extra water to help.

How long can cabbage juice last in the fridge?

Store your fresh homemade Cabbage Juice in the refrigerator in a sealed jar and consume within 1-2 days for maximum potency but it will last for up to 4 days. The longer it sets then the nutrients decrease so it is best to drink fresh pressed juices as soon as possible. Shake well if settlement occurs before drinking.

Conclusion

It's important to consider that while cabbage juice offers potential health benefits, it should be consumed as part of a balanced diet.

Additionally, individual responses to cabbage juice may vary, and as I am not a doctor my advice is to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications. If you're considering incorporating cabbage juice into your diet, start with small amounts and observe how your body responds.
