The Fungal Clump is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is dropped by Crabulon. When equipped, it summons a Fungal Clump minion that attaches to enemies, damaging them and spawning blue healing orbs that home in on the player and heal them for 25% of the damage the minion deals.
Notes
- The Fungal Clump deals a base damage of 10, which can be increased with the player's damage-boosting equipment, benefiting from the class with the highest damage boost.
- Due to the healing orbs' limited range, the player must stand in close proximity to the minion in order to benefit from its lifesteal.
- It behaves similarly to the minion produced by the Dank Staff; when used with the Dank Creeper minion, the Fungal Clump is likely to "stack" with the other minion and move identically to it.
- Equipping the accessory in the vanity slot will summon its minion, but it will not attack or damage enemies.
Trivia
- The Fungal Clump minion produces a large ring of light around the player, making it usable for filling in the player's map by repeatedly equipping it and unequipping it.
- This ring of light also triggers when the player produces a minion past what they are allowed to have.

- Decreased the speed of its lifesteal projectiles, and increased its lifesteal cooldown, but lifesteal now bypasses lifesteal immunity.
