We are not trying to get out of paying our bill but these charges are not ours. The supervisor spoke to on 1/14 was awful and said 'obliviously we are wrong and don't know what we are doing' & our problem not theirs @FrontierCorp @Davidlaz @KTLA

happens for sure.The area we are moving to has poor cell phone reception.. so I don’t want to waste 4 hours with no cell phone service and no one shows up. And guess what happened when I got off the phone with the @FrontierCorp customer service gal.. who was very pleasant btw

@FrontierCorp You guys were charging me 100 bucks a month for 3 mbps internet. Told me it was faster. Then I had to fight for new equipment. And a new line. Fixed nothing. Told me it was all on my end, refused to give me a refund for the ****** service. Treated me like **** on the phone. Lied.
